Infinity SM-112 Speakers (1 Viewer)

I got a pair of these speakers that I bought about 10 odd years ago. Now they're suffering from the dreaded foam-rot.

I'm a newbie when it comes to speakers and speaker-repair though, so I need some help here....

When I remove the cloth covering, there are 3 circles (I dunno the tech-term for them...) 1 small on top, 1 medium in centre, and 1 big at bottom.

The top 2 seems fine, but the big one has lost most of it's foam. In Singapore, I have yet to find anyone who provides foam-replacement. Other than ordering online and paying for o'seas shipping, what other alternatives do I have?

Those circles are the drivers - Tweeter, Midrange and Woofer.

You can find kits on-line if you want to do it yourself, or perhaps locally. I'm sure there's a speaker repair joint around somewhere, though.
