I wonder if/when the Mike Wallace/Rod Serling interview is going to show up? It was on the dvd and I was expecting it to be on the Season One blu-ray release, but I couldn't find it.

Since I don't own a Blu-Ray player, I won't be getting this anytime soon but what I don't understand is why offer only clips of the remake episodes? This annoyed me on the standard DVD release because since I have no interest in getting a whole season of the remake but I *would* be interested in seeing the whole remake of a classic episode, why not just present that entire episode outright?

My guess would be that they just want to give you a taste so you go out and buy the set.

That is probably a good part of it...it's not like they aren't or haven't given enough besides that to buy that set. I don't blame them really, the 80's remake, especially season one, is really good(not like the crap 2002 remake) so no reason not to buy that too if a TZ fan. It's at a really reasonable $29 on Amazon right now so not like it's a hardship to buy them at the moment.

i am going to do my own in 1080p for New Years Eve

The clips should be in 1080i ? i am assuming, considering it was shot on video, the question is how well the presentation will be, and could this be a precursor to possibly getting the 85-89 series on blu as well, just really wish Universal would get off there ass and do Alfred Hitchcock Presents restored on blu
