ideas for cooling fans (1 Viewer)

Just rearranged my living room ht, turning the entire room 180 degrees. Now I have my tv mounted above the mantle and the equipment in the hall closet. I need ideas on a way to remove heat from the closet. Was thinking about a quiet bathroom fan to pull heat into attic and plug it into the switched outlet on the back of the receiver. Or I've seen some temp regulated 12v equipment fans made for cabinet or closet installs.

Any other suggestion? Mainly want cheap and quiet..........

I'd look at a bathroom fan and a thermostatic switch similar to those used on attic ventilation fans on the line to it. I've also got my equipment rack in a closet and it can get quite warm without ventilation.
