We bought a refurbished Sony Dream Machine but the center channel speaker cord is missing. The Sony website and telephone customer service is awful. Can't get in contact to a human being. How do I obtain one of these speaker cords? Thanks a bunch!!

Does it have a special connector? Go down to a local store that carries them and see if they can get one for you. If it is not special, just get some decent wire and hook it up.

Check with a local SONY Authorized Service Center. They should have a database of parts, cables, etc that can be purchased.
