Actually, Douglas, I'm a Roman Catholic. But as Mr. Crawford has pointed out this discussion isn't "appropriate" to the forum so I will abstain from any further religious comments.

Getting back to King of Kings, a number of people at the production level felt the film was too long,ergo the cuts
(Richard Johnson scenes). Had they forgotten the lengths
of Ben Hur, Gone With the Wind ,Quo Vadis? Two hours and forty five minutes is NOT too long.This fim has not been treated fairly since pre production ,final execution and beyond.
