I just watched Stallone's appearance on Leno promoting the DVD release. First, it seems he didn't know about the "The Fight Continues" addition - his response was, "Is that what they called it?" He also mentioned his plans to do an extended director's cut titled "John Rambo," with all the money going to the Burmese.

I bought the widescreen single disc edition today and it did not have the "The Fight Continues" subtitle.
