I got it today and just finished disc one. I was excited to see that card with the announcement of season 3 and hopefully it won't change.

What is this "underground KOTH" was mentioned?

I was referring to the animated intros that the directors created for many of the episodes (they're in the special features section); these were apparently created for the amusement of the staff, and they provide an interesting opportunity to see the KotH characters filtered through a more violent/nutty/independent style than that of the show itself. The "Bobby Slam" one, by Chris Moeller, is especially funny.
