Yeah,I am not a drinker by any means,If I get the craving for a brew its usually an O'Dules somthing,I just do not like feeling out of control.
I am not really a big eater either,well I may eat one decent sized meal a day but I never get hungry during the day...so I dont eat.I was told a while back that the hunger pains are actually fat burning so even if thats not true It sounds good.
