How to connect 2 zones (1 Viewer)

New on the forum. I am upgrading my current HT system. I would like to have 5:1 in my main room and would like to have my 4 outdoor speakers connected as well. I will be connecting a smart tv, blu-ray player, xbox and would like to have air play for my apple componenets. I have previously used A/B to add outdoor speakers, but now i want multi zones to play whatever we want, ie the same all over or seperate devices. I am not sure if i need 3 zones because of the 4 speakers. Thx for your help.
