Halloween H20 UK new release- commentary? (1 Viewer)

According to page 3 of Total DVD magazine, Halloween H20 is coming to UK DVD in October. It will contain an anamorphic transfer and a commentary by Steve Miner that was promised on the US version. Can anyone confirm this?

doesn't look like it according to this link : http://dvdworld.co.uk/product_body.asp?pf%5FID=65686. not even 16x9.
