This has to be a farce made to make the new head of the MPAA look like a fool, right?

The source, BBSpot, is like the Onion; it's another satirical website.

Wouldn't it suck to be the friend invited to a party and have to leave cause you're the only one that DOESN'T own the movie.

All friends that attend screenings at my place get a copy of the film being shown....

It normally takes me a few days to burn them to hand out...

So, we are safe at this end....

I just burn copies of my dvds and give a copy to each person who watches the film with me, that way everyone owns the dvd. So that's got me covered, right? :)

My wife and I are about to have a baby. Will the baby be able to watch the movies? I'm worried, and do not want to be accused of piracy.

Maybe this is why, when I used to go to movie nights at a friend, he had a policy of only providing movies that sucked... :)
