Heres a mutliplayer beta for download for Black Hawk down.. i normally like single player games more, but this looks to be a good game.

Its horrible. We tried it at work. Very very very slow. Maps are large but not very creative. Granted we only have geforce 2 mx cards, but we are also running on 1.6Ghz P4's. Very very very choppy at 640x480. There doesn't seem to be any recoil in the weapons. Grenades aren't tossed, they kinda just pop out then only explode when they hit something.

I'll give it the benefit of a doubt since its an early beta, but man...why test release something this bad. Its just going to hurt sales.

Hmmm....running pretty smoothly for me with a AMD 1600+ and a GeForce 3 @ 1024x768 with everything turned all the way up.

Obviously a work in progress, though...

I had it running fine on my PC (P3 866, 384 megs of RAM, and a GeForce 2 Pro card). I was running at 800x600 and not a hiccup. The game is a work in progress, but a bit of fun. I'll stick to Medal of Honor and Counter-Strike though.

Yeah, so far, no counter strike replacement has come out yet. Although I've been playing a ton of day of defeat lately.

I just downloaded America's Army yesterday and it is by far the most enjoyable online experience I have had since Counter-Strike. If any game has a chance at beating Counter-Strike, this is the game.
