I had been loving "Love is the Thing", and decided to spring for "The Very Thought of You" and "the Nat King Cole Story". I'm totally blown away by Nat's voice in the center speaker with the accompaniment in the L/R mains. Lately i picked up "After Midnight". I frankly did not expect as much as the album is in mono. It is as impressive as the stereo releases. Sounds like Nat and the musicians are in the room with me. I guess I may as well plan on getting the remaining Cole releases from Analogue. I agree with Ben that Sinatra's Capitol albums cry out for a similar treatment.
