Hey all! I got this movie for free at BB for buying JB and PF at the same time. I tried to watch it and there are black bars on all sides and it say the aspect ratio of this film is 1:85. I have a progressive dvd (JVC) and its set at 16:9 Normal. Is anyone having problem with this film? thanks-->bry

I believe the DVD is not anamorphic.

No, it's not anamorphic. Neither is the 2-disc Collector's Series.

It is non anamorphic. The JVC player should do scaling if the proper flags are on the disc, which this disc is not. The disc is telling the player it is 4:3 standard, not 4:3 letterbox.

But is was a free disc in the end!

that's what I thought it's wrong with this disc that it's not properly flag.. oh well.. it's free what else do i want.. thanks everyone.
