John Carpenter (who is my second favorite director) just has outstanding scores in all of his films, and my next pick is yet another:

PRINCE OF DARKNESS

Although I admire many of his works, I choose Joe Hisaishi's score for Princess Mononoke, which I feel is his most complete and wholly satisfying effort. Very stirring stuff.

I assume we're going by the 12 hour rule and make my choice. BTW, how many rounds are we going? (the more the merrier! :))

Might as well get my Morricone entry right now too, The Legend of the Pianist on the Ocean (American release The Legend of 1900).
