"The one which comes to mind is at the very end of Out of Sight."

I only saw this movie once, years ago, but doesnt Michael Keaton also have a cameo reprising his role from Jackie Brown as Ray Nicolette in this film?

There's also numerous cameos in Last Action Hero - James Belushi, Jean Claude Van Damme, Sharon Stone, Robert Patrick, Chevy Chase, MC Hammer, etc.

Speaking of Mel Gibson, I like the cameo by his on-screen cop partner Danny Glover in Maverick. Very funny!

John Mcenroe in Mr. Deeds. First egging cars, then jumping over the car that is about to hit him. :D

Arnold's cam in The Rundown was pretty funny.

Christopher Walken in America's Sweethearts.

I liked Chris Farley's and Steve Buscemi's cameos in Billy Madison. I can't think of any more at the moment that haven't already been mentioned.

I always laugh out loud when I watch the film "The Greatest Show on Earth" and they show Bing Crosby and Bob Hope in the crowd eating cracker jacks and cotton candy.

I recall the audience going nuts when Christopher Knight (Peter Brady) had that one line in the Brady Bunch movie.

I was surprised to see Meryl Streep pop up for two scenes in "Stuck on You"

its more of an in joke cameo, but i thought the cameo of steve buchemi in pulp fiction as buddy holly was funny. (in reservoir dogs, mr pink doesn't like to tip at all, and here he is as a waiter.)

Harrison Ford showing up in the final moments of Jimmy Hollywood was probably the only memorable thing about that film. :D

One of my all-time favs. The crowd I saw it with opening night lost it when he showed up. Even the music momentarily referenced Legal Wreckin.

Another great cameo is Patrick Stewart in L.A. Story.
