I have a new benq w2000 just 3 weeks old. I never saw a fan which was on the other end of the projector (cooler zone) is running. I did not see it working even the power off situation (cooling period).But exhaust fan is always running. Is it normal? If this fan (intake fan, if I am right) never works then what it is for? ) Or is my projector defective ?. please advice.
