I have a Epson EH TW550 LCD projector,i bought it without 3D glasses.
Since i have already know that the compatible 3D glasses in ebay are as high as $35, I have three children so i need 5 pairs of glasses in all, I also found that the sainsonic 3D glasses for Epson are only $25.99,
    link, http://www.sainsonic.com/sainsonic-3d-glasses-for-epson-lcd-projector.html

the questions is that I haven't used this brand 3D glasses, so does anyone have such experience?
or any other recommendation for the compatible 3D glasses.

I was going to recommend some Xpand cheap ones selling for $12 odd but after carefully checking up on this Epson projector i can tell you they will not work with it, nor will the Sainsonic ones which incidentally are selling for cheaper prices on Amazon.

Looking at the tech specs on Epsons page suggests 240hz works best for the 3D glasses, the ones below might work, buy from Amazon and if they don't work just return them, $19 each. From 2012 onwards manufacturers started making their glasses compatible with other brands, hopefully they will work with Epson, i have read online from others suggesting they might.

Okay these ones below for sure work with this projector and can be bought cheap used but i think they are 120hz so let less light through meaning slightly darker images when compared to the 240hz glasses above, or so i have read.

I know they work thanks to this thread at AVS, they say the Samsung 4100 works so i assume the 5100 above also work.

I always recommend manufacturer's glasses when at all possible. Also consider rechargeble as changing batteries is a real PITA.
