Rikk - with the recent $1,000 price drop, your getting an additional 9% discount. Is this from an authorized dealer? Internet? I paid $4,200 for my 630 last week at Tweeter, a little over 9% discount. If your comfortable with dealer, I'd say thats a good/fair price. I'm lovin the 630, replaced a 40" Mits Direct View.
