My Home theatrethat I'm building will also have my computer in the same room.
I'm making revisions to an electrical 120V circuit so I would have options on where to put the computer. This adjustment would have 13 outlets on one circuit...Is that too much ? I'm considering splitting the circuit in 2.
Any info would be greatly appriciated
Cheers

Is 13 outlets on one circuit too many? simple answer, Yes, if you have not had problems before though, leave the existing circuit alone and have a dedicated circuit installed for your HT gear only.

BTW Judging by your questions you probably don't have the electrical experience to do this yourself, please be carefull.

Thanks for the input, John
My electrical experience is only limited to code..thanks for the warning though.
The circuit is one I put in and the walls are still open, so split it and ran a new circuit. Both corners now have 7 receptacles, plus the HT already has it's own dedicated 5 receptacle circuit.
Now, on to running ethernet and A/V for the computers.
Thanks again
