Can't access the site or download new profiles....
Just curious if it's just me.
^ probably too many visitors due to that NY Times article Guzzlefish was down earlier too. Glad to see that dvdaf have had no problems.
Hadn't thought about that.
Hopefully it'll lighten up and let me in !
I just posted the same thing over at AVS Forums. You really think the site would go down because of traffic generated from the NYT article?
I still can't get in. The power of the press is amazing.
reporting 20:51 est ... still no access
22:28 still no access......
i couldn't DL profiles either!
No luck here either.....
It's still shot to hell.
Can't even go to www.dvdprofiler.com
I just entered about 500 discs (haven't made a dent yet either ) and I can't even get them into my database.
Hopefully this will be up soon. I love this program!
I can't access it either, and I still have 100+ updates to sort through.
12:30 AM EST & still down.
Well, at least if this caused by new users, my scanning days may be over. That is if enough of them have scanners and the inclination to contribute.
Its like 2:30 or so Central time and its still down at least for me, I wonder what's up? Hopefully this gets resolved quickly.
This could be worse. Could they have gone out-of-business?
Bummer, still down. I was just getting started on using this software.
Still down... (12:40 CET)
7:46 AM EST
No Luck 9:15am EST...
Remember, the guys who run DVDP work at H&R Block or something similar so this is the middle of their busy season. If the site has totally crashed it may be a while before they have time to get it back up again.
