Okay, this is a little long, and many of these titles will seem familiar from previous posts of mine, while others come from Cees Alons' all-studio want list of several years back, but I want the following on DVD on 2005:

-"Electric Dreams"
-"Crossing Delancey"
-"Year Of The Dragon"
-"The Legend Of Billie Jean"
-"URGH! A Music War!"
-"8 Million Ways To Die"
-"Carny"
-"Downtown" (1989 cop comedy-drama released in 1990, directed by Richard Benjamin, starring Anthony Edwards and Forest Whitaker, directed by Richard Benjamin, screenplay by "Night Court" writer Nat Mauldin)
-"Night Of The Comet"
-"Prime Cut"
-"A Fine Mess"
-"Love At Stake"
-"Lovelines"
-"Neighbors"
-"Out Of Bounds"
-"Out Of The Dark" (Slasher movie with call girls from 1989...Karen Black and Divine [as a man under his real name Harris Glenn Milstead] are the big stars)
-"Slaves Of New York"
-"The Squeeze"
-"Switching Channels"
-"Off Beat"
-"Tough Guys"
-"...All The Marbles"
-"Beer"
-"The Chipmunk Adventure"
-"The House Of God"
-"Madhouse"
-"That's Dancing"
-"Eddie Murphy: Delirious" (In my dreams:frowning: )
-"Ladies And Gentlemen, The Fabulous Stains" (I'm ready to go to Video Search Of Miami to get this and "URGH!" if need be)
-"The Man Who Wasn't There"
-"Modern Girls"
-"Light Of Day"
-"Doctor Detroit"
-"Private School" (Announced, then cancelled...I'm hoping Universal has a good reason for this. I want this, if just for Kathleen Wilhoite's only nude scene ever)
-"Sign O' The Times"
-"Stick"
-"American Anthem"
-"The Boy Friend"
-"Brewster McCloud"
-"Corvette Summer"
-"Dream Lover" (The Kristy McNichol movie)
-"The Escape Artist"
-"Feds"
-"Finders Keepers"
-"Grandview U.S.A"
-"Just The Way You Are"
-"Kansas City Bomber"
-"Lisztomania" (I've never seen it, but I like Ken Russell and I'm a sucker for campy movies)
-"Looker"
-"Nothing Lasts Forever" (Never given a proper theatrical release...If Warner owns this, like I think they might, then it would make an interesting release)
-"Personal Best"
-"Screwballs"
-"Siesta"
-"Wise Guys"
-"Voices" (I'm an Amy Irving fan, and I've heard a lot about this movie, a tale of the romance between a rock star and a deaf girl...I would buy blind since pretty much all the reviews I've read of this one have been raves)

56 titles (if my count's correct)...I would buy every one of them. Not all at once (unless I get a big enough tax refund), but I would buy all of them.

Sincerely,

John Kilduff...

Strange...I'm only 21 and I would rather watch these movies than most of what's out there today.

EDIT: Added a title and fixed a typo.

You know, perhaps it would just be a better idea to present all the extra scenes as a supplement on the 2nd disc, rather than as a complete version. The extended cut seems to only exist in pan & scan video, anyways.

That could be a happy compromise.

Back on topic, how could I have forgotten O Lucky Man? Great movie that deserves high-quality treatment, along with a reissue of its soundtrack CD.

Wow. There's a movie I had forgotten about. An excellent film, and it's a pretty faithful adaptation of the novel, although it ends significantly differently. I'd love to see a DVD of that one.

NO! The story of DUNE is far too confusing to expect that people (i.e. me) will be able to mentally put the pieces back together in their mind.

I'm sure I've forgotten other titles, but that'll do for now.
