I stumbled across this site ( www.dvdsoon.com )looking for the best preorder price at dvdpricesearch.com and I was wondering if there is a verdict on them? How are their shipping times to the US? Will they bill my credit card when I order or when it is shipped, according to the user reviews at dvdpricesearch, some people were billed for preorders when they ordered.
ahhh never mind on the second question I just read here that they charge you the moment of the transaction. Not sure if that is legal in the US but this is a Canadian site...
