dvd player help...newbie that's all confused (1 Viewer)

hi guys,

i've been a lurker for a while and gotten quite an education on this hobby.

i've settled on buying the Infocus SP5000 and the Yamaha YSP-1 but am all sorts of confused as to what DVD player to buy.

My budget is quite limited (about $300) and im not sure which player compliments the SP5000 (in a broad sense).

I'd appreciate any feedback

There are others in the price range but IMHO it would be hard to go wrong with the Denon.
