Could anybody share information on DTV's with DVI/HDCP input? I know that many FPTV's have DVI inputs, but is there any new direct-view TV's or RPTV's with DVI/HDCP inputs, as the industry promised last year? I am looking forward to your kind replies.

I believe that the JVC AV36P902 (4:3 36" direct view) is the only direct view / RPTV set out with DVI / HDCP.

Upcoming sets that are supposed to include DVI:

    RCA Scenium line

    More JVC sets

    Samsung DLPs

There are several Plasma displays that take a DVI input ... although only a few of them implement HDCP

    The JVC AV-61S902 (16:9 61" CRT RPTV) also has a DVI/HDCP input

    Derek,
Thank you so much for your information. I wonder why a knowledgeable person like you had only 2 posts so far....[IMG]
