Ah, but will those DTS-ES test signals also be encoded as Discrete ES (the level of the back channel is different between matrix and discrete ES formats)?

Might we have been misinformed? I just saw this thread over at the Home Theater Spot:

The DVD will be released in July in the PAL television format. The NTSC version is still being authored and encoded. There are several websites right now that have released the wrong information and Joe Kane Productions is trying to catch up to them all.

The NTSC version of the disc will hopefully be out by the end of the summer.
