I'm in the process of designing a new house and we will have a dedicated theater. The ceiling height is 12 ft and I think the width can be up to 19 feet with a length of between 20 to 26. I'm hoping for two rows of seats with a back row of stools behind a bar feature. Any thoughts with this 12 foot ceiling on width and length changes I should make. In addition I believe it will be on a slab foundation. Should I build up the floor to get away from the slab foundation or keep the 12 ft ceilings. Thanks for your comments up front.
