Denon 2105/SVS 16-46PCI crossover setting (1 Viewer)

Please ignore my ignorance. I just bought the Denon receiver. I have had the SVS for a while. There is an option for LFE or LFE + Main. I chose Life + Main. One thing I do not understand is what crossover frequency do I set for the sub? There is a range of 40-250 Hz on the receiver options. I have Paradigm speakers, 2 Monitor 7's, a CC-370, and 2 Mini's. How do I find out where to set the crossover? What is the difference?

Set it to LFE. A good place to start with crossover is 80Hz but later on you will need to play around with it to see what suits your taste best and your speakers/room.
