I've seen a few used Denon 3300's or 3801's or 3802's for the $450 to $575 range.

Gary...The 1082 IS the 3802! It is made for the mass-retailers by Denon but is the same exact receiver.

If Kevin is talking about a new 1082, that is a fair price. I'm sure Denon will be closing them out making way for the 3803/1083.

Oh... I was not aware that Denon also did this. I knew that Yamaha & others would sell 2 versions of the same receiver.
