All the big dogs in Drummondville use Fromagerie Lemaire's curds, squash-ball-size clusters that squeak between your teeth like rubber pet toys. You can try minutes-fresh crottes at the fromagerie itself, in Saint Cyrile de Wendover, or better yet atop a poutine at Dépanneur Poutine Hériot, a bare-bones corner store on the outskirts of town that doubles as a fry joint.

I've tried Poutine at a place in Williamstown, MA, it was good but it wasn't the true Quebec version of it.... I have enough friends from Quebec that know the real thing so I figure I'll have to have them bring some down the next time I'm hiking with them in the Adirondacks or the White Mtns..

MAkes me think of Modern Family:

Cam: "It's a French Canadian delicacy called poutine."
Jay: "It looks like vomit so I’m not 'poutine' it in my mouth."

Actually sounds pretty tasty, but on a pizza? Don't think so.
