dave you're not alone. they just canceled my order too. ddd starts really to piss me off

at the last sale i'd ordered a few dvds and then the package got lost. ddd sent a replacement which also got lost. i wondered what happened and then i found out that i wasn't the only one. in fact a lot of costumers from germany never received the packages nor the replacements.
ddd didn't investigate which you normally would do if something big like this happens. what ddd does is kicking their costumers. every order i've placed this week was canceled with the same message you received. i wrote them why and here is their answer



this means they don't want me or anyone else who had the same problem as i did with lost packages as a costumer.
