LA VIE EN ROSE and EAGLE VS. SHARK are both EX.
Also, since Troy's been MIA for over 5 months, I thought it might be a good idea to post the list I've been keeping of EX movies. Most of this is based on the list that Troy has compiled, just with titles added when I've heard of them, and I think maybe one title removed because it seems that it's not EX.
I haven't specified format or edition, but at least it's a good starting point for some of the more recent titles. I'm sure stuff's missing, so if you notice something, let me know. I'll try to update it as much as I can until Troy comes back.

Does anyone know if the new ultimate editions of "The World is Not Enough" and "Die Another Day" retained their 6.1 mixes? If TWINE is indeed still in Dolby EX, would the DTS track be a 6.1 matrix as well?

I think it's a safe bet that the Ultimate Editions of those two movies have their EX tracks. There's nothing to suggest that they don't. And yes, if the Dolby track is EX, then so is the DTS.

The director's cut of HOLLOW MAN is coming to Blu-ray. It's EX.
Actually, with the 8-channel SDDS theatrically, the movie is one of only five films to be mixed in 8.1 channels, the other four being STAR WARS: EPISODE I -- THE PHANTOM MENACE, THE PERFECT STORM, HARRY POTTER AND THE PHILOSOPHER'S STONE and HAPPY FEET.

Howdy doo gentlemen!
Wow what a year it has been for me! I finished my first year of pharmacy school (with a 3.6 GPA no doubt) after not being in school for over 15 years, got a divorce and moved to LA!!!! All at the ripe ol age of 39!
Anyway, thanks to everyone who has still continued to keep this thread alive. I will do my best to update the list with all the entries since my absence.
Peace, Love and Hair Grease! :D

Igor, it's alive!!! It's alive!!
Updates posted. Not all of the titles I added have been confirmed yet so I'll keep em there for now.
I'm working on a smallish BD & HD-DVD logo to add to those titles respectively.
Let me know if I've missed anything. I know with the BD & HD-DVD titles this thread will be less exciting because of DTS-MA and all that new soundness :D.
Maybe somebody needs to do a seperate HD sound format thread?

Since when is Serenity EX encoded? The box and menus state that it was plain old Dolby Digital, and even the end credits list only a regular Dolby Digital logo.
And I think Mike*Sch said Simpsons Movie wasn't EX encoded. Just wanted to make sure.

this is getting out of hand, even if the the movie isn't encoded in EX/ES, you can still enable it and it'll sound just as nice =). i've gotten into a habit of just using all of the speakers possible.

Defeats the purpose of this thread then...people want to know which movies have TRUE EX/ES encoding as they provide a more enhanced surround sound experience than pseudo EX/ES as is created when you engage the EX for any movie.
I've taken The Simpsons & Serenity off the list. As I stated earlier, I'm still verifying entries and updating titles.
Just playing catch-up. :)
Thanks.

Thanks, Troy. Here's a few more:
Hairspray (2007)
King of New York
Pan's Labyrinth
Rush Hour
Rush Hour 3
Shoot 'Em Up
30 Days of Night
3:10 to Yuma (2007)
War
Water Horse: Legend of the Deep
And if anything, there's even more evidence now than before that King Kong, Munich, and Sky Captain are indeed EX.
EDIT: I forgot about Highlander: The Source.

For RUSH HOUR, this is from The Digital Bits on 4/3:
"And New Line has released details of their forthcoming Rush Hour: Special Edition and Rush Hour 2: Special Edition (due on 5/22 - SRP $14.97 each). Rush Hour will include audio commentary by director Brett Ratner, isolated score with commentary by composer Lalo Schifrin, deleted scenes, the Rush Hour 1, 2, 3! behind-the-scenes documentary, the A Piece of the Action documentary, Ratner's Whatever Happened to Mason Reese? early short film with commentary, Heavy D's Nuttin’ But Love music video with optional commentary by Ratner, Dru Hill's How Deep Is Your Love music video with optional commentary by Ratner, cast and crew biographies and the film's theatrical trailer. Rush Hour 2 will include audio commentary by director Brett Ratner and writer Jeff Nathanson, the Rush Hour 3: French Connection behind-the-scenes documentary, 7 Beyond-the-Movie features (including Jackie Chan's Hong Kong intro, Culture Clash: West Meets East, Language Barrier, Attaining International Stardom, Kung Fu Choreography, Lady Luck - Ratner's early short film with optional commentary and a Fact track with optional subtitles), several All-Access Pass features (including Making Magic Out of Mire, 3 Evolution of a Scene segments, The Fashion of Rush Hour 2, deleted scenes and outtakes with optional commentary by Ratner, a visual effects deconstruction, an intro by visual effects supervisor Kevin Lingenfelser and a multi-angle presentation of the opening bomb scene), cast and crew biographies and 3 theatrical trailers. Video on each is anamorphic widescreen with Dolby Digital 5.1 EX and 2.0 audio."
I've also seen it listed in the specs on other DVD sites.
Most of the others in the list (the New Line and Lionsgate titles) are listed as at least 6.1 (usually 7.1) on High-Def Digest.
30 DAYS OF NIGHT and WATER HORSE are on DTS's website. I'll post some links when I get a chance.
