The first season of Robot Chicken had some hilarious stuff! Evil villans carpooling in the morning, The Great Pumpkin horror fest with the Peanuts gang, The Jesus vs. Easter Bunny "Kill Bunny" movie trailer, the "Cannonball Run" skit with characters from movies, TV, cartoon and video games...

The second season unfortunately isn't as strong as the first one. The Star Wars skit was the first one that made me laugh out loud.
