I plan on continuing Adam 12 and The Mod Squad, and I'd like to complete Gomer Pyle: U.S.M.C. (one season to go) and (hopefully) start on Room 222, which according to a few sources is going to be issued.

Right now my only definite planned buy is Mr Belvedere in March. I'm trying to cut back and save money as much as possible. I'm sure along the way though I'll pick up other titles that interest me if I see them on sale.
Also Gimme A Break season 3 whenever it is announced.

I'm adding Tales From the Darkside to my list as it was confirmed George Romero will be doing commentary so that's a nice added bonus. On the back of the set it has the usual "some episodes may be edited" but also mentions music changes. Does anyone know what copyrighted music was used in season 1? I really don't remember any.

Lots of nostalgic stuff:

BCI Filmation stuff I don't yet have like Ghost Busters animated, maybe He-man and She-ra...not sure. I'd like to get everything BCI has...but...I already spent $130 on the stuff that looked good.
The Voyagers time travel kid's show. Haven't seen it since my teens.
Sesame Street Old School Vol 2. One episode from Vol 1 tells me this is something special, perhaps the most nostalgic DVDs in my collection now. So I'll be getting all they have. Hope Vol 3 is coming...? *looks hopeful*
SNL Season 3.
Muppet show Season 1 maybe. Might wait for the Series set.
The larger Electric Company sets. I have the Best of DVD but it's not enough.

Many more....like Tales from the Darkside. I'd also like Jack of All Trades (Bruce Campbell), Ripping Yarns (Michael Palin) and The Complete Mr. Bean (edits and all).
