Hi,
My Sony STR-K502p 5.1 Receiver has just celebrated its 15th birthday! Unfortunately, the years have taken a toll and it doesn't look as nice as it sounds. There are several noticeable scratches on the top of the receiver and on the speakers which i'd like to cover. The speakers and receiver are different materials, so i'll list them separately:
Receiver: I believe it's aluminum, but I may be mistaken. The surface i'm trying to re-paint has a silver finish with a slight sparkle to it.
Speakers: They have the same silver finish, but they're plastic and have a light gloss rather than a sparkle
I've posted pictures of the wear, so now I need to figure out what the best kind of paint would be to cover up these ugly scratches. The cheaper the solution, the better.
All input is appreciated!
