As I posted in this week's roundup, My Costco (Shoreline, WA) had the most of this week's limited edition steelbooks for $9.99 each (I saw An American Werewolf in London, The Big Lebowski, The Blues Brothers, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Psycho, and Scarface). Didn't see Scott Pilgrim or Shaun of the Dead while I was there, but I didn't look too hard.
Picked up "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas", "The Blues Brothers",...Thanks for the info- Also picked up "Sherlock Holmes Complete Granada Series" for $70.00

Costco has had the Steven Spielberg Blu-ray set for $89.99 for a while now.
Today, they added a manufacturer's instant rebate of $20.00

Steven Spielberg Blu-ray set is now $69.99 and the instant rebate (I believe) read it was good until 12/31/2014.

If anyone sees The Sopranos Complete Series on Blu at Costco, post a notice here. Thanks!
I saw it at my Costco, but can't remember the price. I think it was under 100.00, but can't be sure on that. I picked up My Darling Clementine and Hard Day's Night for 19.99 each and Dirty Harry Colleciton for 21.99

Sopranos Blu was $160
Thanks, and to TonyD and RichardV. I woke up last week morning and got myself one at Best Buy deal for the same, $159, so I'm good. Black Friday may bring us a slightly better deal, but I doubt more than $20 better, so not worth sweating.

My Costco had a bunch of Christmas movies on Blu-ray. They had Holiday Inn on Blu for $9.99 which is $6 less than I paid by pre-ordering from Amazon :(

Costco's Black Friday weekend specials can be seen here (kind of disappointing, IMO):

http://www.costco.com/black-friday.html

Their pre-Thanksgiving specials are much more enticing:

http://www.costco.com/pre-holiday-warehouse-coupon-offers.html

Some upcoming DVD/Blu deals at Costco (prices good Nov 21-26). Not sure what the everyday prices are on these, as Costco doesn't list entertainment media on their website:

$30 off - The Twilight Zone: The 5th Dimension DVD Box Set (includes original series and 80's series plus 20 hours of bonus features across 41 discs)

$15 off - Blue Sky Studios 9-movie Blu-Ray Collection (presume this includes all Blue Sky animated films to date: Ice Age franchise (4 films), Rio franchise (2 films), Horton Hears a Who, Robots, Epic.

$25 off - I Love Lucy: The Complete Series + Christmas Special DVD Set

$5 off - Christmas Classics DVD Sets (Rankin/Bass, Dreamworks, Veggie Tales)

If memory serves, the Lucy set is regularly $99 so the sale would make it $75. Be warned that the Christmas special is colorized. In my opinion, a worthless add-on.

I guess it's different @ every Costco. This weekend, I didn't see any of those listed above. But I did see a lot of Criterion BDs @ $20 including "Naked Lunch", "Lord of the Flies", "Safe", "Yojimbo" and many others. How I wish Tootsie had been there.

I guess it takes a Costco field trip. If you strike out at least you can pick up your 50-box pack of Kraft Mac & Cheese, an industrial pressure washer or a $1.50 hot dog and drink combo.

For some reason, I tend to spend more on movies at Costco than I do on whatever I actually went in to get. We're making a run today and I'm mildly concerned how much I'm going to be spending...
