Have you tried "cutting the calibration back" and "placement" Steve. I understand your 100 Hz crossover issue on account of a receiver I used to run.

Why not a 5500? It's newer at least, and some owners say the best AV-amp in its class producing stereo-sound.

Btw, my PB10 runs also on 100Hz xover, and isn't localised too much I think. We measured against 60Hz, not much difference in my room. Very happy with the sub!

LloydM: Congrats on your new "ashtray"! I've been on Virginia Beach, it was a great trip back in -97! Very hot summer then, went to Richmond for July 4th. Nice fireworks... I know a Jim at the camping resort on the Beach, don't happen to know him? About 50-60 yeas old and bald.. He was the manager of the place. Sorry for OT. :b
