William Faulkner—strange as I don’t normally think of Faulkner as a screenwriter. For me Bolt has written some pretty overblown films, that balance out the very fine Lawrence of Arabia.

Michael Powell & Emeric Pressburger—this may be one of the easiest choices of the tournament.
