Been looking for a copy of Little Red Monkey for years now.
Haven't seen, but heard good things about The One That Got Away.

I'm interested in Manuela and No Trees In The Street. I've never seen the Richard Conte film but I'll probably buy that one too.

Sorry but it is a U.K. release @ Amazon.UK.
Everett, we were talking about the 1939 film "The Gang's All Here", a 1939 b&w production starring Jack Buchanan. Completely unreleated to the 1940's Carmen Miranda film, which was recently released in the UK on Blu-ray.

Just seen His and Hers on blu-ray from Network. I hadn't seen this Terry-Thomas comedy before and while it is not as good as School for Scoundrels from the previous year he is again paired with Janette Scott ('Oh to be in England now that April's here') but still entertaining. Network seem to be releasing a film simultaneously on DVD and blu-ray where they have good elements.

Other DVDs I received at the same time and recommend are The Hypnotist and Timeslip.

"The Hypnotist" is on my wishlist. Last night I finally got around to watching "The Man Who Wouldn't Talk" with Dame Anna Neagle and Zsa Zsa Gabor. A very unusual film - and role - for Ms Neagle, but I think Herbert Wilcox was trying to devise of new ways to package his wife when she could no longer compete in the 'young romantic lead' roles.

It's amazing some of the titles that Network choose to release on Blu then stick titles like Invasion and The Nightcomers on dvd only

There is no confirmation yet on Network website, but Amazon.uk added pre-order for The Nightcomers on blu to be released on the same day as DVD.

I think it depends on what elements have been made available to them.
