Nice coverage of the Mitsubishi booth. I'm looking forward to reports on the Diamond HC9000. I hope it's a high contrast low black level projector complete with Mitsubishi's sharpness. 3D doesn't interest me.

 

I see they have the HC6800 on display. Looks like there is no new lcd projector from Mitsubishi. If somebody there has a chance, could you ask Mitsubishi what their plans are for the HC 7000 from here on out? Will they continue production of the 7000 or will they discontinue it? If they are planning to stop production, when?
