Brando will bust the budget and will eat up days in production costs while he adlibs nonsensical lines. He would be hilarious as Boss Hogg, however. Brian Cox is a chameleon. Watch him in The Rookie, Super Troopers, or The Minus Man and you'll see that he isn't always the amoral supervillain. He'd have to open up his mannerisms and vocal inflections to do justice to Boss Hogg.
