2-Disc. Second disc, of course, probably wont have any subs.

Anyone else see another edition of this? maybe a Korean disc that doesnt cost the standard Japanese price of: $Freakin Expensive$ ?

We'll have to wait for a cheaper disc, but it's inevitable there will be Korean and Hong Kong editions of this before it gets a U.S. release. Happens with a lot of Japanese sci-fi these days.
