I can understand that. It really feeels like it's working when it burns. Then again I hardly feel it anymore, either because I got used to it or I have less germs in my mouth.

Plain ole' table salt. Stings like mad, but it does work, for me at least.

I meant when it gets into the sore, not general use-type stuff.

I rinse with strong salt water and put baking soda on them. Seems to get rid of them quickly.
