According to the Manual, it says it can't play DVD-RW or DVD+RW. I have +RW's at work and tried one last night but the machine wouldn't read it.

I don't have any DVD-RW's so I'd have to buy one and burn it at work to test out, but I was just wondering if anyone can play them on their E60's?

I've heard that the E30 won't play them, but I've heard that the HS2 will. I still can't find anyone who can confirm the E60 will or will not.

Someone posted this link:

But I'm not sure I want to trust that info.

Well, I finally got hold of a DVD+RW and a DVD-RW to test in the Panny E60. The +RW didn't work, but the -RW did even though the manual says it doesn't support either of the RW's.

Ah, I didn't notice the "Recording" stipulation. Anyways, it did play the DVD-RW and not the DVD+RW if anyone is interested.
