I recently purchased a pair of Def Tech BP2006TL's and CLR2300 and now that they have gone through their break-in period I want to calibrate them. Since these speakers contain built-in powered subs is calibrating them any different than "normal" speakers?

Some other info that might help:

1) I run them as large on my receiver (Denon AVR-3803)settings.
2) They are connected with speaker wire (Ultralink 12 guage), I dont use the separate LFE input.
3) I have a Radio Shack analog SPL meter and the Video Essentials DVD.

I would appreciate any help as I am rather new to HT. I had no problems calibrating my old speakers but didnt know how built-in subs affect this.

I use the AVIA setup disc to balance calibrate the upper and lower sections of my powered woofer speakers.

There are cycling high and low test tones for calibrating each individual channel under subwoofer setup.
