Cable TV - Does iScan Pro improve it versus Toshiba 57H81 doubling? (1 Viewer)

Cable TV just looks nasty on seemingly all HD sets. Does using an iScan Pro to double the image improve it versus the internal doubling of my soon to arrive Toshiba 57"er?

When I owned an iScan Pro, I found it improved my analog cable considerably on my 65H80. I am not sure if the new Toshiba models have an improve de-interlacer, but I would consider the iScan for other sources also, ie. laserdisc, VCR, etc.
