DVD-Drive-In says that the groovy little horror gem, BURNT OFFERINGS is coming to dvd in August from MGM.
It will have a commentary and be anamorphic 1.85:1. There will also probably be a trailer and there's talk of a still gallery. Can't wait!

This movie scared every positive thought right out of me when I was a little boy!!!!! The scene in the pool with the father and son...okay, I am going to stop thinking of it right now (because I have to go check under the bed and remind myself to stay out of dark rooms!!)

Hey Justin,

This is great news! I'm certainly looking forward to this one. I saw this one at the theater when i was 9 yrs. old!
The ending literally made the hair on my neck stand up!!
And chills went up my spine like you wouldn't believe.
Can't wait to watch this one in my newly finished HT room in total darkness! Look out!
