I'd like to see some of the travel series by Michael Palin released on DVD. Also, I think that the Channel 4 series Spaced would go down well overseas. The Prime Suspect dramas with Helen Mirren would be great, as would the Cracker series with Robbie Coltrane. The recently shown Mondo Macabro series, based on the book by Pete Tombs is an excellent look at otherwise obscure films.

I have also always wanted to see again the six part series Cinema Europe: The Other Hollywood shown in 1995. It dealt mainly with silent films and was narrated by Kenneth Branagh.

How about a release of Stephen Hawking's Universe series to complement the recent release of Cosmos.

The 70's series The Ascent of Man?

Culloden? (I've heard that this will be released by BFI soon)

Also, it would be great to see Blackadder released with extra features sometime soon!
