Brand Shopping - HDTV (2 Viewers)

I'm looking at 3 models of widescreen HDTV's and have not purchased an RPTV before. I have 2 questions:
1. Which of these is likely to be the best value?
2. Buy online or buy local?
The three sets are
Toshiba 57HX81 (apparently replaces 56HX80)
Mitsubishi WS55809
Hitachi 53UWX10B

That's a very broad question and you are liable to get different responses based on who owns what, but the consensus right now seems to be that the Toshiba's are the ones to get. I'll have a first hand review some time next week.

Oh one more thing, I'd buy from Onecall.com (in fact I did). They have a very good reputation around here and the home theater spot.

Does anyone have anything to add? I too am looking between these three models and would love to hear someone speak about the Hitachi Ultravision. The sales guy I spoke with really raved about it.
