For me, I'd have to pick Prince's 1988 "Lovesexy" show. Dazzling experience. Bowie's the best live performer I've ever seen, but for that one tour, Prince beat them all...
KISS on their Reunion tour could not be explained in words. Amazing!I concur!!! The reunion tour bested the Farewell tour by a landslide because most fans had never seen the original lineup perform live. There was electricity in the air that night at the Fleetcenter in the Summer of '96. It really was quite incredible. I also saw that tour in Hartford in December of that same year and even though the excitement was tempered a bit from the Boston show (for that Boston show was like the 4th on the tour), it was still awesome.
I saw Sarah McLaughlin do a acoustic show in New Haven, CT. in 1995 and that was amazing and I also just saw Disturbed at the Springfield (Mass) Civic Center this past Tuesday. I must say I was totally impressed with this band. Much, MUCH better than I anticipated, they were totally tight and David Draiman had one of the best voices I have ever heard in a live setting.
Pink Floyd: 1994 Division Bell TourThis was the best live concert I have seen. It was at the Rosebowl and they sounded awesome.
